Commenting on the announcement of the award, Ellen R. Hoffing, APNS’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated “Dr. Davies has clearly demonstrated during his 30+ years of research a focused commitment, yielding exciting advancements for AD solutions, for which he is most deserving of this prestigious award. Dr. Davies’ novel tau-based discoveries, coupled with his enthusiasm and creativity, provide key elements for the Applied NeuroSolutions’ team to continue to advance the important goals of developing biomarkers to aid in the early diagnosis as well as effective treatments for AD.”
